A SIGNATURE BBQ SAUCE.  Sure you can make your own barbecue sauce from scratch but it can take a lot of time and ingredients to get it just right.  Instead, use a store bought sauce such as KC Masterpiece Original as a base and make it your own by adding dried spices like chipotle powder, honey, jellies/jams, liquid butter (for richness), fruit juices, and more.
