1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
8 oz. Budweiser Select (or your favorite beer)
1 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chipotle powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. jarred horseradish
Prepare grill for medium heat cooking, closing the bottom vents halfway. Preheat a medium saucepan and add butter and olive oil. Once the butter has completely melted, add onions and saute for approximately 30 minutes until fully softened and lightly browned. Add all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan minus the horseradish and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
