Herbs and fresh citrus come together in this seasoned salt blend that is a perfect dry rub for chicken, turkey, and fish.
Herb and Citrus Salt
¼ cup Kosher salt
½ tsp. fresh thyme leaves
½ tsp. chopped rosemary
½ tsp. lemon zest
½ tsp. lime zest
1 clove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until all of the ingredients are combined.
